If the 360 wasn't hacked and the other Gears' games weren't pirated the franchise would boast even more than 12 million copies sold. I watched the beginning of the game and OMG! I wouldn't dare watch the ending though and didn't know people had put it up since I didn't see any videos when I browsed around. I probably shouldn't have watched the beginning of the campaign either, but damn it was awesome. I'm tempted to describe it, but I won't spoil it for oth...

People really need to switch to cable internet and get off of dsl. Cable internet is basically 2nd tier FIOS internet and about 75% cheaper. The resolution for Onlive, I personally get 720i sometimes 720p. The latency is still there but minimal because I've upgraded my routers and such. Onlive is a perfect rental system though because of the instant gaming it provides. The problem is, there isn't a ton of games on the service, so it wouldn't be someone's dedicated way of gamin...
God of War III doesn't run at 60htz. IMO the graphics are great...here and there but overall it doesn't set a bar.
Gears 3 does have better graphics than UC3...

Umm, do people not know that some stores like 7/11 have actually been selling physical copies early? Someone told me they actually had it reserved at Gamestop and they asked if it was in and GS told them yeah, and gave it to them. I haven't verified if it was true though.

On topic: I ain't mad, if Sony can compete and make MS step their game up and make Kinect better than what it is, I'm all for it. Too bad we'll have to wait for that to happen, because I want my Kinect to have complete integration with my 360 and I want it yesterday.
Steam is a digital distribution service. Live is a premium entertainment service that supplements but soon to compete with the likes of Dish Network, Comcast, Onlive. It competes with all of those things. Live isn't competing with Steam, it doesn't have to.

Because Steam has sales on games it "annihilates" the competition? I don't think so...I have Steam but I don't find anything to gush over it for. Does Steam have voice command? Does it offer movies? Can I watch movies with people on my friends list? No. Nice try though...
